As a customer of MEET MISTER FRED you can always return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the items. In case of a return or exchange, please inform us within 7 days after receipt via firstname.lastname@example.org, including the order number. This allows us to trace return shippings and, if so wished, reserve items for you.
Items that are returned or exchanged need to be in perfect condition, unworn and with all labels attached, and accompanied by a copy of your invoice. In case of items that have special packaging accompanying the item, such as labeled boxes, these need to be fully intact and undamaged.
Please note that you are responsible for the return process, including adequate packaging and sufficient shipping fees. For this reason, please consider shipping with track+trace in all cases, as items lost in transportation unfortunately cannot be compensated. We advise you to save your shipping receipt until you receive a message from Meet Mister Fred that your package has arrived.
Upon receipt of the item, you will be refunded the purchase price of the returned item within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
In case of an exchange from an address within the EU zone, the new item will be shipped to you free of shipping charges. For all exchange shippings to addresses outside the EU zone, we need to charge new shipping costs.
Important: All return shippings (including exchanges) from OUTSIDE the EU zone need to be marked RETURN on the outside of the parcel, as well as on your customs declaration form by marking the RETURN box. This is to avoid double import duties. Return parcels that are NOT adequately marked as RETURN and hence come with customs charges, will not be accepted or paid by Meet Mister Fred. All customs charges are for your own account.
