Meet Mister Fred will deliver your orders worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart. The shipping costs are based on real-cost shipping prices from The Netherlands. Please note that for many countries, due to Covid-19, shipping costs have been raised.

We ship our packages with PostNL, DPD or DHL. All packages are delivered with track&trace.

Extra note for shippings outside EU zone and overseas:
All shippings outside the EU zone are free of VAT. However, you may be charged with import duties and customs charges in your country of origin. This will be billed when your package arrives. If you refuse to accept the bill and package, and hence the package gets returned to us, you will be held liable for all associated costs. For detailed information on import duties and custom charges, we kindly refer you to your local customs services.

We do not accept requests to undervalue packages in order to avoid customs charges.

R E T U R N S  +  E X C H A N G E S

In case you are not completely happy with the items you ordered, you can always return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the items. In case of a return or exchange, please inform us before returning the items. This allows us to trace return shippings and, if so wished, reserve items for you.

Items that are returned or exchanged need to be in perfect condition, unworn or unused, with all labels attached and packaging intact and undamaged.  

Please note that you are responsible for the return process, including adequate packaging and sufficient shipping fees. For this reason, please consider shipping with track+trace in all cases, as items lost in transportation unfortunately cannot be compensated. We advise you to save your shipping receipt until you receive a message from Meet Mister Fred that your package has arrived.

Upon receipt of the item, you will be refunded the purchase price of the returned item within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. 
In case of an exchange from an address within the EU zone, the new item will be shipped to you free of shipping charges. For all exchange shippings to addresses outside the EU zone, we need to charge new shipping costs.

Important: All return shippings (including exchanges) from OUTSIDE the EU zone need to be marked RETURN on the outside of the parcel, as well as on your customs declaration form by marking the RETURN box. This is to avoid double import duties. Return parcels that are NOT adequately marked as RETURN and hence come with customs charges, will not be accepted or paid by Meet Mister Fred. All customs charges are for your own account.
