1. ORDERING

1.1. By ordering with Meet Mister Fred you agree to comply with the purchase, delivery and payment conditions.
1.2. Meet Mister Fred will confirm the customer’s order by e-mail, including an order number. A contract is created only when payment has been successfully made.
1.3. Order processes that for whatever reason have been technically or otherwise disrupted before the payment instructions have been completed are incomplete, even if the customer has received an order confirmation. Such an order will in principle therefore not be delivered. Meet Mister Fred shall endeavour, however, to contact the customer to complete the payment instructions so that delivery can be made.
1.4. We strive to keep our website www.meetmisterfred.com as current as possible. However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact the customer as soon as possible. If the customer is not interested in a replacement product, we will proceed to refund any amount which the customer has paid.

2. PRICES

2.1. The prices at Meet Mister Fred are in Euro's and include value added tax. Shipping costs and custom duties are not included in the price.
2.2. Shipping charges are clearly stated separately. More information concerning the shipping costs can be found on the shipping page. Orders that are shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Meet Mister Fred has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
2.3. The price of an order are always those which apply at the moment of ordering. Meet Mister Fred retains the right to change and amend product pricing and information. If shortly after purchase a product appears to be reduced in price, no claim can be made for repayment of the price difference.

3. PAYMENT

3.1. The customer may pay either by Paypal (paypal account or credit card) or with iDeal.
3.2. All payments must be made in accordance with the instructions given on the pages of the webstore.

4. DELIVERY

4.1. We try to ship our orders within 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment by the customer. Meet Mister Fred will keep the customer duly informed of the status of the order.
4.2. The shipping time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. It should be considered as a non-binding estimate. Meet Mister Fred cannot be held responsible if the shipping company is unable to deliver the order to the customer on time.
4.3. Orders are sent by PostNL, who bears full responsibility for the delivery process. Meet Mister Fred is not accountable for damaged or misplaced orders or for any other problems that arise during delivery.
4.4. If the package is damaged when it arrives and/or any shortages in the products delivered, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. We may only be held liable for damage in the event of deliberate act or gross negligence. We are not liable for any indirect damages whatsoever which may have been incurred by the buyer.

5. EXCHANGE  AND RETURNS

5.1. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the delivered products, please let us know. We think you should be totally satisfied with all your products.
5.2. You have the opportunity to exchange or return you products within 14 days after delivery. As a customer you must follow all return conditions and instructions stipulated by Meet Mister Fred.
5.3. In case of an exchange or return you should inform our customer service at info@meetmisterfred-shop.com  within a period of 7 days, stating your order number and the article which you wish to return/excange. Do not forget to specify whether you wish to return or exchange the item.
5.4. Return/exchange items must be in original condition, not worn, washed or amended in any way, with all labels attached. They should be packaged and paid appropriately .
5.5. Exclusion is possible for products which are custom made/ordered for the client and products which cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons such as swimwear and underwear. Sale items with a discount of 50% or more can only be exchanged for other items or a store credit.
5.6. Shipping costs of the returned merchandise will be entirely paid for by the customer. If the return instructions have been followed accurately, Meet Mister Fred will reimburse the customer for the returned products within 14 days after receiving. In case of an exchange we will send you the new article.
5.7. For exchange/return orders outside EU, please always mention return outside of the package and mark the return box on your customs declaration form. This to avoid import duties for Meet Mister Fred on the returned products. Return or exchange parcels without the return notice and with custom charges, will not be accepted and not be payed by Meet Mister Fred. All custom charges are for your own account.

6. ACCOUNTABILITY

6.1. Meet Mister Fred cannot assume any liability for damages in any form whatsoever, either physical, material or immaterial, that can be caused by malfunctioning or incorrect use of the products sold by Meet Mister Fred and / or materials or accessories becoming undone.
6.2. This site has been compiled with the utmost care and attention. Meet Mister Fred cannot, however, discount the possibility that some information may not be entirely accurate and/or complete. Meet Mister Fred is not accountable for the consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information on its website. Meet Mister Fred is not responsible for typing, typesetting and/or printing errors whereby an incorrect selling price might be inadvertently quoted. In such cases, Meet Mister Fred will correct the error as soon as possible. 
6.3. Meet Mister Fred cannot be held responsible for any damages in whatever form, as a result of incorrect or incomplete data provided by the client.
6.4. In case of responsibility for damage, the responsibility is limited at a maximum to the invoice amount.
6.5. Any agreement between Meet Mister Fred and the customer is governed by Dutch law.


7. FORCE MAJEURE

7.1. In the event of force majeure Meet Mister Fred is not obliged to honour any commitment whatsoever to the customer. Force majeure is understood as circumstances for which Meet Mister Fred is not to blame. In the event of force majeure Meet Mister Fred has the right, at its own discretion, to suspend the execution of an order or to terminate an agreement without judicial intervention. Meet Mister Fred will always inform you of any such developments in writing.

8. PRIVACY

8.1. All personal details are for the sole use of Meet Mister Fred and will not be passed on to third parties unless necessary for payment and delivery purposes.
